The Terms and Conditions and Constitution as displayed on the APIS website http://internationalfreezone.net remain in force and applicable to all parties.

Users of any service provided by a certified member of the APIS acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own case.

Any application in receipt of a certification to the level applied for found to be subsequently operating at a level below the level of competency required will lose their certification until such time as they have undergone a full certification process again that demonstrates full competency to the level applied for.

New Members to an existing group. In the event that a certified member or group takes on a new member or members under their certification banner, the new member(s) will need to undergo the same certification process as the existing certified member. Until this is done the new member or group will be considered a provisional member until their certification is completed and which must be done within six months of joining. Once the certification process is completed the new member will be considered part of the existing certified member or group. In the event the new member does not wish to be certified the original member will need to be advised their certification does not include the new member and this will be clearly delineated on the APIS main web site and on any member APIS page. A new member must clearly advise and attest to the declaration outlined in the APIS membership application form: http://internationalfreezone.net/member.php
